Help with a course or payment
- Payment went through but the course did not open? Email us your order number and the email address you used, and we will sort it out.
- Did not finish paying? Your order stays open for a short while. Use the payment link in your order email, or start again from the course page.
- Forgot your password? Use Lost your password? on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email.
- Certificate: it is issued automatically when you finish every chapter and the final assessment. You can download it from the course page.
- Refunds: see the refund policy. Email requests to info@purplegrowth.co.za with your full name and order number.

Before you pay anyone
We will never ask you to pay for a job, and we only take course payments through PayFast on this website. If someone asks you for money in our name, do not pay. Email us instead.
