This policy explains what happens when you wish to cancel a course enrolment on the Purple Growth eCampus.
What “Cancellation” Means
A cancellation means you are requesting to end your enrolment in a course and, where eligible, receive a refund of the purchase price. Because our courses are digital products with immediate access, the conditions for cancellation depend on whether you have accessed the content.
Before Accessing Course Content
If you wish to cancel your enrolment before you have accessed any course content — meaning you have not opened, started, or viewed any module, lesson, video, or assessment — you may do so within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at info@purplegrowth.co.za. In this case, your request will be treated under our Refund Policy and a refund will be processed if all refund conditions are met.
After Accessing Course Content
Once you have accessed any course content — opening, starting, or viewing any module, lesson, or assessment — digital delivery is considered complete and no automatic refund is available. You may submit a written request to info@purplegrowth.co.za and we will review your circumstances. Discretionary credits or partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases but are not guaranteed.
Course Expiry and Access Duration
Unless otherwise stated on the course page, enrolment grants you ongoing access to the course content for as long as the course remains active on our platform. We will provide reasonable notice (minimum 30 days) before removing or substantially changing course content that you have paid for.
Cancellations by Purple Growth
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a learner’s access to a course without refund if the learner violates the platform’s Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to sharing login credentials, cheating on assessments, or other conduct that breaches our policies.
In the event that Purple Growth discontinues a course before a learner completes it, we will offer either a pro-rated refund or an equivalent course credit, at our discretion.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, email info@purplegrowth.co.za with:
- Subject line: “Cancellation Request — [Your Full Name] — [Order Number]”
- Your registered email address
- The course name
- The reason for cancellation
