All products sold by PURPLEGROWTH TRAINING AND EXECUTIVE COACHING (PTY) LTD on the Purple Growth eCampus are digital products — accredited online courses delivered electronically via our eCampus platform. There are no physical goods, textbooks, or materials posted or couriered as part of any purchase.
Immediate Digital Access
Upon successful payment and order confirmation, your course enrolment is activated automatically and immediately. You do not need to wait for manual processing — access is granted by the system as soon as your payment is confirmed by PayFast.
You can begin your course by:
- Logging in to the eCampus platform at ecampus.purplegrowth.co.za
- Navigating to “My Courses” in your dashboard
- Clicking on the enrolled course to begin
What You Receive
- Full access to all course modules, lessons, videos, and assessments included in your purchased course.
- The ability to progress through the course at your own pace, subject to any structured requirements set by the course design.
- A digital certificate upon successful completion of the accredited course and any associated assessments or requirements.
Certificates
Certificates are issued digitally and will be available for download from your learner dashboard upon course completion. Certificates are issued in the name as registered on your learner profile. Please ensure your name is correctly entered when registering — Purple Growth is not responsible for errors in certificates resulting from incorrect registration details.
If you require a hard copy or formally authenticated version of your certificate, please contact us at info@purplegrowth.co.za to discuss arrangements.

- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari — latest versions recommended)
- A registered learner account on ecampus.purplegrowth.co.za
Access Problems After Payment
If you have successfully completed payment but cannot access your course within 30 minutes, please contact us immediately at info@purplegrowth.co.za with your name, registered email address, and order confirmation details. We will resolve access issues within 1 business day.
No Physical Shipping
Purple Growth does not ship any physical goods in relation to course purchases. If you have concerns about a purchase, please contact us at info@purplegrowth.co.za.
