These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Purple Growth eCampus platform and your purchase of online courses from PURPLEGROWTH TRAINING AND EXECUTIVE COACHING (PTY) LTD (“Purple Growth”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in the Republic of South Africa (Registration Number: 2016/426738/07).
By registering on this platform, purchasing a course, or accessing course content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase.
1. Our Services
Purple Growth offers online short courses delivered entirely via our eCampus platform at ecampus.purplegrowth.co.za. PurpleGrowth Training and Executive Coaching (Pty) Ltd is an accredited skills development provider. The short courses offered on this platform are non-accredited professional development courses and are not aligned to a SAQA-registered qualification. All courses are digital products — there are no physical textbooks, materials, or in-person components unless explicitly stated on the course page.
2. Purchases and Payment
All course purchases are processed securely via PayFast. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
3. Course Access and Delivery
Access to purchased course content is granted automatically and immediately upon confirmed payment. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are considered in accordance with our Refund Policy. We encourage you to review the course description carefully before purchasing.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation of course enrolments is governed by our Cancellation Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content — including videos, written materials, assessments, and certificates — remains the intellectual property of Purple Growth or its content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content.
7. Certificates
On successful completion of a course, you will receive a digital certificate confirming completion of a non-accredited short course. Certificates are issued in your name as registered on the platform. Purple Growth is not liable for errors arising from incorrect registration details supplied by the learner.
8. Learner Conduct
You agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only. Course access is personal and non-transferable — sharing login credentials is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Purple Growth provides course content in good faith for educational purposes. To the extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
