Overview

95% of businesses in South Africa are small businesses started by entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs play a significant role in the upliftment of communities and indeed the growth of the country’s economy. In this module, you will learn how to think like an entrepreneur. You will also develop the acuity of vision, the agility and the mindset to:

  • Understand where the best ideas come from.
  • Determine how entrepreneurs should think.
  • Lean to navigate terms and processes needed to manage frequent entrepreneurial tasks.

  1. What is Entrepreneurship
  2. The characteristics of a typical entrepreneur
  3. Entrepreneurial opportunities
  4. Identify own entrepreneurial strengths and weaknesses and compile a growth plan
