Emotional Wellbeing and Resilience examines how principles based in emotional intelligence, reflective practice and mindfulness can lead to an emotionally informed, emotionally integrated and emotionally healthier workplace and work practice – for us and for the people we serve.

This course is designed to teach participants aspects of emotional wellbeing including identifying, taking ownership and expressing feelings, articulating past issues including personal family dynamics, identifying needs, and understanding the origin and techniques of dealing with positive and negative emotions. Participants will learn techniques for clearing emotions and creating healthy relationships.
